We are one of the few companies to offer appropriately trained staff to guide and assist you in your fitness requirements during and after pregnancy, to discuses a plan that is tailored to your needs please get in touch.  Wether its to ensure you have an active and healthy 9 months of pregnancy or to regain your figure following the birth of your child, we can even fit your training around the needs of your new born child.
